Another area of industry where we are very active is the ‘after sales market’ where OEM components are made obsolete due to economies of scale. Parts considered too low a volume to dedicate in house resource to but which the company has a professional obligation to fulfil. Satisfying the need to keep the ‘enthusiast’ consumer supplied.

We collaborate with a number of Blue Chips in satisfying the need for this niche market, offering all types of components including safety critical parts.

We have agreements in place with certain manufacturers where we acquire old tooling together with the drawings and specification. However, in general drawings and specification are unavailable so we reverse engineer the product, testing the material to ensure a match is made, using state of the art 3D laser scanning to generate both 3D drawings and CNC programs for manufacture.

Where we operate outside of an agreement with the OEM, we are obligated to ensure there is no implied warranty or endorsement by the original manufacturer.

This service is based on supplying very low volumes and covers the following products
